- 1 Lettuce
- 300 grams fresh, ripe Strawberries
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 300 grams Brie
- 2 Tbsps green, pickled peppers (from a jar)
- 3 Tbsps Balsamic glaze

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Rinse strawberries, trim, cut into slices and mix with the lettuce and the oil. Distribute among bowls, cut the Brie into 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) cubes and sprinkle over the salad along with green peppercorns. Serve drizzled with balsamic cream.
