Strawberry Salad with Balsamic and Brie
Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse strawberries, trim, cut into slices and mix with the lettuce and the oil. Distribute among bowls, cut the Brie into 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) cubes and sprinkle over the salad along with green peppercorns. Serve drizzled with balsamic cream.
