- 600 grams Strawberries
- 2 lemons (squeeze the juice)
- 200 milliliters Apple juice
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 80 grams Pistachio
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation

Mix lemon juice, apple juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Mix with the honey-lemon mixture. Cover and let stand about 20 minutes.

To serve, pour strawberries and marinade in dessert glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios and mint.
