Healthy, because
The secondary plant substances ferulic and ellagic acid from the strawberries have been proven to have a cancer preventive effect. They are also real vitamin packages. They contain plenty of vitamin C, K and folate. The honeydew melon provides additional vitamin C and provitamin A for beautiful skin. As it contains relatively high levels of fructose and therefore tastes very sweet, there is no need for additional sugar.

A refreshing drink is always good on hot summer days. This non-alcoholic recipe goes down well at every barbecue or garden party. The carbonic acid from the mineral water and the non-alcoholic sparkling wine makes the punch fresh and tangy. If the summer punch is for children, you can replace the non-alcoholic sparkling wine with light grape juice and mineral water in equal parts.
