- 250 grams Strawberries
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 handful Elderflower
- 12 Ice cubes
- cold water (to fill)

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and slice the strawberries. Mix the strawberries with the sugar, lemon juice, and elderflowers in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to infuse. Stir 1-2 times during this time.

Fill glasses or bottle with ice cubes, and top with the strawberry mixture. Fill with the water, and serve.
