Preparation steps

1.

Boil the sugar with 400 ml (almost 2 cups) water. While stirring, cook until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat, stir in the lemon and orange juice and let cool in the refrigerator.

Rinse the strawberries, trim and puree with a little water (if desired run through a strainer or sieve). Stir with the citrus water and pour into a prepared bottle to chill.

3.

Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes. Dilute to taste with still or sparkling mineral water.
