Healthy, because
Strawberries score with lots of vitamin C: The water-soluble vitamin is important for an intact immune system, among other things. The aromatic vanilla bean is said to help with stomach complaints and have an anti-inflammatory effect.
Even smarter
If you have acquired a taste for it, you can always vary the fruity spread in new ways: For example, it tastes good Blueberry chia jam with vanilla- or you can use a mixture of berries for a healthy breakfast treat. Instead of vanilla pulp, you can also refine the spread with cinnamon, for example. And if the fruits themselves are sweet enough, you can simply omit the agave syrup and thus save sugar. The strawberry chia spread keeps for about 1 week in the refrigerator.
