- 1 kilogram Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 organic Orange (zested and juiced)
- 1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1)
Preparation

Rinse and trim the strawberries and combine with the lemon juice, orange zest, orange juice and jam sugar. Bring to a boil in a pot and cook for 4 minutes while stirring, until bubbly.

Remove from the heat and pour the mixture through a fine sieve. Pour into well-rinsed jars, tighten the lids and place upside down for 10 minutes. Turn the right way up and leave to cool.
