- 1 Orange (juiced and zested)
- 5 centimeters fresh ginger
- 1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
Preparation

Rinse, trim, and cut the strawberries into pieces. Place in a large pot, and stir in the orange juice. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Add to the pot with the strawberries.

Puree everything, then stir in the sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 4 minutes. Add the zest, and transfer immediately into prepared jars. Seal tightly and cool completely.
