1 duck leg (about 400 grams)
1 Red Bell pepper
1 chili pepper
1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
1 carrot
150 grams Snow peas
100 grams Bamboo shoots (from a jar, drained)
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
100 milliliters chicken stock
sharp Chili sauce
Light soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, pat dry and slice duck breast.

2.

Chop chile pepper.

3.

Rinse bell pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips.

Peel and slice carrot.

5.

Rinse snow peas, halve and blanch with carrot for about 1 minute in boiling water. Rinse in cold water and drain. 

6.

Peel and halve onion, cut into strips.

7.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

8.

Heat oil in a wok and saute duck briefly. Add chile pepper, ginger, onion and garlic and saute briefly. Add the rest of vegetables. Deglaze wok with broth and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Season with soy sauce and chili sauce. Serve.
