- 400 grams Green cabbage
- 2 Red onions
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 300 grams Beef fillet
- Peanut oil (for cooking)
- Chili powder
- salt
- peppers
- sweet and spicy Chili sauce
- 1 tsp Mustard seed (to taste)
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley

Preparation steps

Rinse all vegetables, peel if necessary. Cut carrots into slices and then into fine strips. Remove hard stalk from cabbage and cut leaves into thin strips. Cut onions into small wedges. Halve fennel and remove stalk, cut into fine strips.

Cut beef into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) wide strips.

Heat a little oil in the wok and saute carrots with cabbage for about 3 minutes, push to the edge of the wok. Add onions and fry briefly, push to the edge. Add fennel and fry for about 3 minutes and move to the edge. Add meat and stir-fry on high heat. Mix everything and season with all the spices. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
