600 grams Beef fillet
1 garlic clove
2 centimeters fresh ginger
1 small, red chili pepper
1 Lime (juiced)
4 Tbsps Teriyaki sauce
150 grams shiitake mushrooms
1 Red Bell pepper
3 scallions
250 grams Soba Noodles
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse beef, pat dry, cut into strips and place in a bowl. Peel garlic and ginger, finely chop garlic and finely grate ginger. Rinse chile pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips. Mix garlic in a bowl with ginger, chile pepper and lime juice. Add beef to the bowl, mix well, cover and let rest for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Trim mushrooms. Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into thin strips. Rinse scallions, trim and cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) long pieces.

Cook soba noodles according to package instructions.

Heat oil in a wok and fry mushrooms and bell peppers for about 2 minutes while stirring.

Remove beef from marinade and drain. Push vegetables to the side of the wok. Add meat to the wok and fry for about 2 minutes while stirring. Mix marinade with honey and sesame seeds, stir, add to the wok, stir, let stand briefly and season with soy sauce and pepper. Drain soba noodles and arrange on plates. Cover with stir fried beef and vegetables and serve.
