- 1 Apple (peeled, cored and thickly sliced)
- ¼ cup Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps sugar
Preparation

Mix together the rhubarb, apples, orange juice and sugar in a pan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, until the fruit is tender.

Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Spoon into serving glasses.
