- 4 Steak (800 grams)
- 4 Fried eggs
- 700 grams waxy potatoes
- vegetable oil (for frying and roasting)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp chopped Chives
Preparation steps

Rinse and peel potatoes. Cut potatoes thinly with a vegetable slicer or a special planer with waffle pattern. Heat plenty of oil in a pot or deep fryer and fry potatoes in portions. Remove from the pot with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and fry beef steaks on both sides for about 4 minutes. In the same oil, fry 4 eggs and season with salt and pepper. Place steaks on plates, cover with fried egg and serve with potato chips. Garnish with chives.
