- 4 slices Sirloin steak (each about 200 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- 2 large, ripe Mangoes
- 2 scallions
- 2 Tbsps chopped cilantro
- 6 Tbsps Lime juice

Preparation steps
1.
Heat oil in a heavy skillet and cook steaks for about 1 minute per side on high heat. Reduce heat and cook meat for 2-4 minutes more per side, depending on meat thickness and desired degree of doneness.

Season steaks with salt, remove from the pan and wrap in aluminum foil. Place into preheated oven at 70°C (approximately 150°F) for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
3.
Peel and pit mango, cut pulp into cubes. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into thin rings.
4.
Combine mango, scallions, cilantro and lime juice, season with salt.
5.
Cut meat into thick slices and arrange on top of mango salad. Serve.
