- For Steak
- 35 ozs Flank Steak (trimmed)
- 2 Tbsps fresh Lime juice
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- non-stick cooking spray
- For Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp milk
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- For Salad
- 2 cups torn bibb Lettuce
- 2 cups cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 peeled Avocados (sliced)
- 12 Radish (thinly sliced)
- 1 bunch scallions

For Steak:

Prepare Grill. Place steak in a large shallow dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons juice, and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Cover; let steak stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Remove steak from dish; discard marinade. Sprinkle steak lightly with salt. Place steak on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 8 minutes on each side or until done as desired. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Combine the mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously to mix.

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, radishes and green onions. Toss Gently to mix.

Divide salad onto individual serving dishes. Pour dressing over each; top with sliced steak and serve.
