Steak and Bacon Sandwich
Toast the bread. Fry bacon in a frying in a pan in hot oil until crispy, then remove and set aside. Sear steaks in oil on each side for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place slice of cheddar cheese on 1 toasted bread slice, top with a lettuce leaf, add steaks, mozzarella, bacon, another lettuce leaf, tomato slices and beet slices. Top with remaining slice of bread. Serve with fries, if desired.
