- 250 grams Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil (cold-pressed)
- salt
- ½ tsp Wasabi
- 2 roasted Nori seaweed
- 200 grams cooked Sushi rice
- Vinegar water (for molding)
- soy sauce (for serving)
- Wasabi (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse spinach. Boil in water, drain, squeeze out and chop. Puree with oil and season with a little salt and wasabi paste. Pour through a sieve.

Cut nori sheets to create 8 sheets, about 3 cm (approximately 1 1/5 inch) wide. Divide sushi rice into 8 portions. Moisten hands with water and vinegar and top nori with rice. Press firmly and top rice with some of the spinach mixture. Carefully roll up and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with soy sauce and wasabi paste.
