400 grams pizza dough mix (refrigerated)
600 grams Spinach
1 onion
butter (for the pan)

200 grams Tomatoes
125 grams Mozzarella
125 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

2.

Roll out the dough and place in a greased springform pan, pulling up the edges.

3.

Rinse the spinach, pat dry and chop.

4.

Peel the onion, chop finely and sauté in a little butter. Add the spinach, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

5.

Season with salt and pepper, pour into a colander and drain well.

6.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Slice the mozzarella.

7.

Mix the parmesan with the spinach and then spread on the pastry.

8.

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices in layers.

9.

Bake for 30 minutes.
