Spinach Beef Veggie Wrap
Spinach is naturally high in folate and iron, while the beef adds tons of protein to this wrap.
This is the perfect entree for those on a low-carb or keto diet.
- 4 Spinach Tortillas (8-10 inches)
- 8 ounces Ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon red Chile pepper (Flakes)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 teaspoons Hummus
- 4 pieces Romaine lettuce
- 3 ounces cooked Green beans
- ¼ cup diced Red pepper
- ¼ cup sliced Red onions
- 2 scallions (white and green, sliced on bias)
- ½ cup spicy Sprout
- ½ cup Mung bean sprouts
- ½ Avocado (thinly sliced)
Prepare the filling by sauteing the ground beef. Drain excess fat. Add Worcestershire sauce, red chili flakes, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Prepare wraps: Lay 4 spinach tortillas on a cutting board.
Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
Lay a piece of romaine lettuce on each. Continue layering ingredients on each tortilla with ground beef, green beans, red pepper, red onion, scallions, spicy sprouts, mung bean sprouts, and avocado
Gently fold each tortilla into a wrap. Cut each on a diagonal and serve.
