- 500 grams Green cabbage
- 600 grams Salmon
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 50 grams Peanuts (peeled, roasted, unsalted)
- 4 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 2 Tbsps Mustard seed
- 1 tsp sugar (brown)
- ¼ l Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Oyster sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse and halve chile, remove seeds and ribs, and chop. Rinse, core and cut cabbage into strips. Sprinkle a paper towel with lemon juice soak and dab salmon with it on all sides. Sprinkle salmon with pepper. Place peanuts in a freezer bag and crush coarsely with a rolling pin. Cut salmon into strips. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add chile, mustard seeds and cabbage and stir-fry about 6 minutes.

Add sugar and cook until slightly caramelized. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add salmon and gently mix with cabbage. Cook about 4 minutes. Season with soy and oyster sauce, adding salt if necessary. Divide mixture over rice and serve immediately.
