- 600 grams Pumpkin
- 500 grams Tomatoes
- 300 grams onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 pc fresh ginger (walnut-size)
- 2 Curry
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 tsps salt
- 100 milliliters White vinegar
Preparation

Dice the pumpkin. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Peel and chop onions, garlic and ginger. Boil the prepared ingredients, spices, vinegar and 125 ml of water (approximately 0.5 cups), covered for 45 minutes.

Once the mixture is boiled, puree and pour back into the pan, Season with the chile, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil. Pour into prepared jars, closing immediately. Leave to cool.
Serve.
