- 1250 milliliters lukewarm milk
- 2 onions
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 600 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 egg
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

Soak bread in the milk. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Rinse the chile pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop. Peel the garlic. Mix ground meat with the squeezed bread, egg, chile pepper and garlic and season with salt and pepper.

With wet hands, shape meat mixture into 60 gram (approximately 2 ounce) balls and flatten slightly into patties. Place a patty on a piece of aluminum foil, cover with a few onion slices and top with a second patty. Seal the foil firmly and grill the patties on a hot grill for 25-30 minutes. Open the parcels and serve.
