- 2 Cucumber
- 1 shallot
- 3 stems Dill
- 2 Tbsps salt
- 100 grams Mustard seed
- freshly ground peppers
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 125 milliliters Fruit Vinegar
Preparation steps

Rinse and puree the cucumbers. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Rinse and finely chop the dill.

Mix the cucumber shallot, dill, and salt. Place in a colander and drain overnight.

Mix the cucumber mixture with the mustard seeds, ginger, and cinder vinegar. Season to taste with pepper, then place in a prepared, sterilized jar.
4.
This sauce will last for approximately 1 month. This goes well served with potato dishes.
