Spicy Beef Kebabs with Peppers and Onions

- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 green Hungarian wax peppers
- Steak sauce (premade)
- 600 grams Beef fillet (ready to cook)
- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 4 onions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation

Rinse and dry tomatoes, remove stems and slice. Rinse green peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into rings. Arrange peppers on plates decoratively and drizzle steak sauce decoratively around.

Rinse and pat dry beef, trim and cut into bite-sized. Season with coarsely ground pepper. Rinse bell peppers and halve, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions and cut into wedges.

Thread meat, peppers and onions alternatively on wooden skewers.

Brush grill rack with oil and grill kebabs for about 8 minutes, turning often. Arrange on pepper and sauce plates and serve.
