1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 optional Cocktail shaker (or jar with tight-fitting lid)

Preparation steps

Spiced Soy Shake preparation step 1

Rinse mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and reserve some for garnish. Finely chop the rest.

Combine soy milk with chopped mint, curry, turmeric and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker (or a tall container with a tight-fitting lid) and shake vigorously. Pour into a serving glass, garnish with reserved mint leaves and serve immediately.
