Nutritional values
Fill a glass with one fifth of your daily requirement of calcium. The mineral ensures that the blood coagulates quickly, so that a wound can be closed in case of an injury. The shake is also free of cow's milk components - ideal for lactose intolerance.
Can be prepared quickly in the morning and taken away in the closable iso-cup. Add a few vegetable sticks, some flat bread and you will enjoy a healthy alternative to snacks or canteen food during your lunch break.
