- 14 ozs Spaghetti
- 18 ozs Tomatoes
- ½ bunch Basil
- 8 ozs Mozzarella
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the mozzarella and cut into cubes. Pluck the basil and chop the leaves.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until al dente. Drain, collecting a cup of the cooking water.
Mix the spaghetti in a bowl with the tomato, remaining olive oil, cooking water and basil. Season well with pepper and stir in the mozzarella.
Serve immediately.
