- 4 carrots
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 250 grams Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 350 grams Spaghetti
- 50 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps
1.
Peel, rinse and finely grate the carrots. Peel the garlic.
2.
Heat the olive oil in a wide pan and crush the garlic into it.
3.
Add the carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then, pour in the cream and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.
4.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain well.
5.
Stir the Parmesan into the carrot sauce, mix with the spaghetti and serve on plates.
