2 Tbsps sweetened Coconut cream
4 Tbsps Maple syrup
2 Tbsps Shredded coconut (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fruit and pat dry. Pit the cherries. Mix the fruit with the lemon juice.

2.

Stir together the soy milk, yoghurt, coconut cream and maple syrup. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

3.

To serve, divide the fruits between the dessert bowls. Pour cooled soy mixture over the berries. Serve sprinkled with lemon balm and shredded coconut.
