- 4 Sea bass
- 2 lemons
- 2 Tbsps Chili oil
- 3 Fennel bulb
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 bunch herbes de Provence
Preparation

Rinse sea bass and pat dry. Rinse and dry lemons, halve and squeeze juice from one half, slice the rest. Sprinkle fish inside with lemon juice. Score fish skin with a knife several times. Rub fish inside and out with paprika oil.

Cut fennel into slices. Heat oil in a pan and saute fennel for about 3-4 minutes. Add lemon slices and season with salt and pepper. Rinse herbs, shake dry and stuff fish with herbs. Grill fish in a hot grill for about 8-12 minutes, turning often.

Arrange fish and fennel on plates and serve.
