- 250 grams cooked Rice
- salt
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 50 grams raisins
- peppers
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- Lemon balm
Preparation

Cook rice for about 20 minutes until al dente in salted water. Rinse and dry peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs. Peel onion and chop finely. Soak raisins in warm water. Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and mayonnaise, in a bowl and mix well.

Combine yogurt and mayonnaise, mix well and season lightly with salt and pepper. Rinse lemon balm leaves, shake dry and pluck small ones. Arrange lemon leaves in bowls, top wtih salad, toss lightly and serve.
