Preparation steps

1.
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in 1/8 litre lukewarm water. Then knead to a smooth dough with the flour, salt and oil. Put in a warm place to rise until it has doubled in volume.
2.
Grease 2 baking trays and preheat the oven to 220°C (with fan).
3.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each one out to a rectangle measuring approximately 15 x 25 cm. Raise the edges up slightly, place on the baking trays and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile mix the cream cheese smoothly with the sour cream and cream and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
4.
Take the pizza bases out of the oven and spread with the cream cheese mixture. Scatter with chives and onion rings and bake for a further 5-7 minutes.
5.
Take out of the oven and serve garnished with basil.
