- 100 grams Iceberg lettuce
- 2 scallions
- 200 grams smoked trout
- 120 grams Sour cream
- 60 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 4 Sandwich wraps (finished product)
Preparation steps
1.
Trim the lettuce, rinse and spin dry. Trim the scallions, rinse and cut into thin rings onions. Break up the trout fillets finely with a fork. Mix with the scallions, sour cream and yogurt to a cream. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice.
2.
Cover each wrap with 2-3 leaves of lettuce, top with 1/4 of fish cream and roll up. Cut the wraps centered diagonally and serve with chips as desired.
