1 Broccoli
½ bunch parsley

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 140°C (approximately 285°F).

Break apart the garlic bulb, and peel the cloves. Rinse the broccoli, then divide into florets. Blanch for 3 minutes in boiling water, then rinse and drain.Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Rinse and dry the parsley, then chop 2/3 of the leaves. Grease 4 cast-iron pans with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 2-3 slices to each, and cook the shrimp with the broccoli florets and the garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 15 minutes in the oven. After half of the cooking time has elapsed, drizzle with the lemon juice. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with plenty of white bread.
