- 12 shrimp (shelled)
- 1 Red paprika (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 8 small shallots
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp rosemary (finely chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

Peel garlic and squeeze through a press into a large bowl. Mix garlic, lemon juice, oil and rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp, shallots and pepper pieces to bowl and stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Thread pepper pieces, peeled shallots and shrimp alternately onto 4 wooden skewers.

Cook on preheated grill on each side and turn skewers often, for about 6-8 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve.
