- 50 grams Mayonnaise
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Lettuce (lettuce)
- 200 grams honeydew melon
- 1 Avocado
- 24 Cocktail shrimp (cooked)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix mayonnaise with creme fraiche and the ginger. Season with sugar, salt and lemon juice.

Rinse the lettuce, trim, remove the hard core and shake the leaves dry. Arrange leaves on a plate. Cut melon into small cubes. Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove pit and cut into small cubes.
3.
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Spread over the lettuce leaves with the melon and avocado pieces. Serve with the sauce in a bowl for dipping.
