Preparation steps

1.

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, stir in flour and salt and knead into a smooth dough.

On a floured work surface cut cookies with round cookie cutter about 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inches) in diameter. Place cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in preheated oven (175 °C) (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven, turn into a saucer of sugar to coat and let cool.
