500 grams Chicken breasts
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps Teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsps sesame oil
2 Tbsps Lime juice
250 grams Basmati rice
2 Tbsps light soy sauce
1 handful mint
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and chop. Mix honey with teriyaki sauce, oil and lime juice and mix with the chicken cubes. Covered and marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.

2.

Rinse the rice in a sieve. Bring about 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water to a boil with the soy sauce. Add the rice, reduce heat, cover and cook about 20 minutes.

3.

Rinse the mint, shake dry and pluck off the leaves.

4.

Thread the chicken onto skewers and cook on the grill while turning, about 8 minutes. Brush frequently with the marinade. Roll skewers in sesame seeds after grilling.

5.
