- 2 Apple (cut into pieces)
- 1 Banana (sliced)
- ⅜ cup Apple juice
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 1 ⅔ cups milk

Preparation steps
1.
Put the apples, banana, sea buckthorn juice, yoghurt, honey and milk in a mixer and blend to a fine purée. Pour into glasses and serve.
