2 Apple (cut into pieces)
1 Banana (sliced)
cup Apple juice
½ cup Yogurt
4 Tbsps honey
1 ⅔ cups milk

Preparation steps

Put the apples, banana, sea buckthorn juice, yoghurt, honey and milk in a mixer and blend to a fine purée. Pour into glasses and serve.
