16 King prawn (ready to cook, peeled and deveined)
500 grams fish fillets
1 organic lemon
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 garlic clove
150 grams breadcrumbs
1 pinch ground paprika
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
80 grams Pastry flour
2 eggs
16 slices Bacon
4 Tbsps Canola oil
lamb's lettuce (for serving)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse shrimp and fish fillet and pat dry. Cut fish fillet into cubes about 3 x 3 cm (approximately 1 x 1 inch). Rinse lemon in hot water, finely grate zest and squeeze out juice. Season shrimp and fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Peel garlic and chop. mix with lemon zest and breadcrumbs. Stir in paprika and parsley.

Sprinkle flour on a plate. Beat eggs in a shallow dish. Wrap pieces of fish with sliced bacon. Thread shrimp and fish onto wooden skewers. Coat first with flour and then dip in egg. Finish by dipping in breadcrumb mixture. Press well.

4.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry for 8 minutes, turning as needed.

5.

Serve on lettuce with lemon.
