- 1 can Bartlett pear (unsweetened)
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Avocados
- 2 red onions
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 pinch Chili powder
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
Preparation
1.
Drain the pears. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife carefully, removing the pith. Section the fruit, and save any juice created in a bowl. Squeeze the juice from what remains of the orange.

Rinse and half the avocados. Remove the seed, and cut into cubes. Peel, halve, and cut the onion into rings. Add the orange juice, vinegar, oil, and spices. Season to taste and serve in bowls.
