4 Monkfish cutlet (each about 150 grams)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 dried chili pepper
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp coarse Sea salt
2 garlic cloves
½ handful oregano
100 grams Cherry tomatoes
4 Tbsps olive oil
100 grams black, large Olives

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry fish fillets. Drizzle with lemon juice. Grind chile pepper with pepper and sea salt in a mortar. Rub fish with the spice mixture. 

2.

Peel and halve garlic cloves. Rinse oregano, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Rinse tomatoes. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic cloves briefly.

3.

Add fish and cook for about 6 minutes, turning once. Add tomatoes and drained olives and saute for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with oregano and serve.
