Sauteéd Broccoli Rabe and Hazelnuts

Broccoli rabe is a great source of vitamins A and C while hazelnuts are rich in protein.
This recipe makes a delicious side dish paired with a red meat entree.

- 18 ozs broccoli rabe
- 2 Tbsps chopped Hazelnuts
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
Rinse broccoli rabe thoroughly, shake dry and remove woody ends.
In a pan, sauté hazelnuts in oil. Add broccoli rabe and sauté, stirring, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and fennel seeds.
