Sausages Wrapped in Bacon
Wrap each sausage with a slice of bacon. Cook in a roasting pan with a little oil on all sides until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Rinse the cucumber and cut into slices. Drain the carrots. Rinse the peppers and cut into pieces. Arrange everything together on a large plate. Serve with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
