- 1 red Bell pepper
- pickled Pearl onion (from a jar)
- Mustard (coarse grainy)
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cut veal sausages into bite-sized pieces. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into large pieces.
2.
Drain pearl onions. Alternately skewer sausage pieces, pieces of bell pepper and onions on metal skewers and place on a hot charcoal grill, barbeque or table grill. Grill both sides. Serve sprinkled with plenty of pepper. Serve with mustard.
