- 300 grams fresh Sauerkraut
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 1 small tart Apple
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt (pepper)
Preparation

Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into thin strips. Peel, quarter and remove seeds from apple. Cut apple into slices. Mix apple and peppers with sauerkraut.

Make dressing: Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad and marinate 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
