- 2 handfuls parsley (approximately 60 grams)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Anchovy fillet (from a jar)
- 3 Tbsps Caper (from a jar)
- 125 milliliters olive oil
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the parsley, pat dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Peel the garlic and also chop very finely. Drain the anchovies and capers, chop and mix with parsley, garlic and oil. Season with vinegar and pepper. Store in a small bowl or sealable glass jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
