Nutritional values

The valuable omega-3 fatty acids in salmon not only offer protection against vasoconstriction and high cholesterol. The essential fatty acids also increase the ability to concentrate and think. Especially positive for people with rheumatic diseases: Wild garlic has anti-inflammatory and decongestant effects.

Good to know: Wild garlic is originally also called "wild leek" or "forest garlic" because it is closely related to chives, onions and garlic. If wild garlic is not in season, the herb crust can be prepared with other herbs.
