- 2 Apple
- 14 ozs smoked Salmon (in slices)
- 2 Red onions
- 4 baby gherkins
- 2 Tbsps pickled green Peppercorns
- 4 Tbsps Pumpkin seed oil
- 8 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsps honey
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Paper towel, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve
Preparation steps
1.
Wash, quarter, core and slice the apples.
2.
Peel, halve and slice the onions.
3.
Slice the gherkins.
4.
Mix the sliced onions, gherkins and apples and divide between 4 plates. Lay the smoked salmon slices on top. Scatter with peppercorns.
5.
Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar and honey to make a dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper. Put into small dishes and hand with the salad.
