Preparation steps

Peel carrot and kohlrabi. Rinse radishes and zucchini and peel. Trim mushrooms. Cut or grate all prepared ingredients into very small pins, mix in a bowl with mayonnaise and yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
