- 150 grams Lettuce (Iceberg)
- Bell pepper (1 red and 1 green)
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 pc Cucumber
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 5 Tbsps Corn oil
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce, separate the leaves, spin dry and break into small leaves. Rinse and halve peppers, remove the seeds and the white skin and cut into strips. Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges. Rinse and thinly slice cucumber.

Mix together the vinegar, salt, pepper and oil. Also mix together the salad ingredients. Peel eggs and quarter. To serve, place the salad ingredients in salad bowls, drizzle with the dressing, garnish with eggs and sprinkle with chives.
